Its never the fetus’s choice to have to depend on the mother’s body. You can’t blame the fetus for trying to develop. It is a woman’s choice to get pregnant though (excluding cases of rape which is only 1% of all abortions anyway). Saying “hold a woman’s body hostage” makes it sound like your blaming the baby
No I'd blame the state for forcing a woman to be an incubator against her will.

Maybe they should adopt unhealthy infants or one of the thousands of older kids in the foster care system.
Women are not breeders for infertile couples.
