Put TB ES outside of RM cluster.
Redraw boundaries by doing something else to make room for additional condos supported by our council member Mark Pierzchala.
We should forget about kids education and simply do a policy change to build more.
How about putting Beall ES outside of RM cluster?
Beall is not on edge of RM cluster. CG is on north edge. CG can be put outside of RM cluster.
TB is though better candidate. TB wants lots of grocery shops and condos there. RM can't afford it so TB is better off in Woodward or Wheaton HS cluster and then TB can build lots of condos.
Sure it is - it's on the eastern edge. Beall has Rockville Town Center, and that's one of the places contributing to the projected increase over 120% of capacity. Rezone Beall to Rockville HS.

Since when does Wooton have 600 extra seats? It should really go to Crown making less disruption for neighborhoods..like Chinese Immersion moved from College Gardens to Baynard leaving most of the CG boundaries in tact.
The IB program at RM is part of the school's fabric at this point. Sure, it's overcrowded but would make more since to adjust it's boundaries if needed than remove an integral program that's successful and fully staffed.
The magnet is pretty self contained. Unlike the Blair magnet the RMIB kids take all academic classes seperately. RM could continue to offer a regular IB program like Rockville HS and BCC.

Not enough resources for the students currently at RM. That is what it boils down to.
