These short term CR are bullshit and there is enough bipartisan support in this country to design a bill that supports CHIP, DACA, Puerto Rico disaster relief, and funds for the opioid epidemic...which are all issues that have been wrapped into the various budget bills.
And while they are at it, maybe they can figure out how to avoid theses stupid shutdowns in the future.
This is not about Schumer or even 45 himself....this is about McConnell playing dirty politics with the health and livelihoods of those with the weakest voice in our society.
Sure, you can throw some examples of Democrats playing similar dirty games in the past. You probably have some really good ones. But that is an argument for a different day.
McConnell and Ryan could easily create a bill that would get get he D's on board that isn't inconsistent with any of their political ideologies. They are choosing not too.

But the GOP on the hill told the President to make a deal.
So did Kelly call this or did the GOP say that the agreed to framework was no good?
Is Trump even acting as President now at all? Of it Kelly calling the shots?

Just goes to show who the Dems care about. Forget about the current citizens in need (soldiers, vets, homeless), we gotta get non-citizens in through DACA so they can vote Dem.
This is not about DACA -
