Yup. Remember when Hillary was trying to create job training in coal mining country. There was one dad who refused to entertain that his kid would learn car computer engineering to take a job in Detroit because he'd have to move away from home in Appalachia. So, he guilted his son until he took a coal mining job like dad.

What a false narrative. It's not that the rural population is discriminated against, it's that every competent person leaves rural areas for opportunity. What you are saying about scapegoating a particular demographic is true but the point you miss is that despite all the MAGA blather, rural Christian white males (and females) have never actually faced anything near the massive institutionalized systemic disparities that others in America have. So it's far from "exactly the same."

So why should they suddenly be admitted to medical school as PP would like. Also, the wannabes MAGA broligarch don't want to have a crappy salary in a rural area, which is why we've had immigrants fill those roles.
I didn’t say that they should be admitted to med school without an education. They should receive a much better education than they currently have access to so that they can become scientists and doctors rather than spending their time making trouble for the rest of us.
Of course they don’t want a crappy salary for backbreaking work. We shouldn’t allow businesses to undercut our own country and its citizens by exploiting struggling immigrants.
