At the end? Yeah it was! If that had been committed against Georgia in the previous week, it surely would have been called. I'm surprised the refs let it slide.

Anonymous wrote:I don’t get it. ND was ranked ahead of Alabama. Alabama lost and suddenly jumped ND and Miami then slides into its slot. Very sleezy moves by the committee considering neither Miami nor ND played this week. ND was slotted in the top ten for 5 weeks. CFP can no longer have any credibility.

I think most agree they shouldn't have been and Miami was definitely now clearly the better choice.
It shouldn’t have been a Miami vs ND decision; it’s the SEC team that got destroyed by Georgia in the conference championship that just got obliterated by Indiana that should’ve been kicked for ND. The SEC bias is incredible; they’ve been killed this postseason. They’re like 1-7 against other conferences.
If Miami beats Ole Miss, there will not be an SEC team in the Championship game. Would love it.
How is that any different than last year? Championship game was ND vs. Ohio State last year. Georgia made it to the Sugar Bowl (beat by ND) and Texas made it to the Cotton Bowl (beat by Ohio State).
Since 1988 (last title), ND has only played in two national championship games with last year being one of them. In summary, 1988-2026. Nada.

+1
Very excited about Ole Miss !!!
Also, love that Indiana & U Miami are in the mix as well as U Oregon.
Any one of these schools could win the national championship.
? It's guaranteed that one of these school will win the natty.
