Why didn’t he hold everyone on the ship when they docked? I think that was a huge mistake! By the time they did a search of the cabin it was too late.
See I thought he came across as heartless on the show, given what we know in hindsight (woman was never seen by her family again), but I thought the idea he should lock the whole ship down was pretty nuts. There are 2500 people on vacation wanting to get off the boat, and nobody can move because . . . a twenty something who shut the bar down last night hasn't been seen by her dad in 90 minutes?
The parents are freaking out but if I work on the boat my assumption at that point is she is in someone else's cabin either still having fun or sleeping it off, not chopped into pieces or thrown overboard or whatever else.
