The pillow face is fillers. He must have just got them or is overfilled. They need time to settle.
Could it be steroids?

They exaggerated his naturally receding widows peak.
I believe he has a toupee or in hair transplants. Old photo of him hugging a friend and he definitely had a bald spot in the back.

Agree but he has had 54 years to develop some depth and he hasn’t yet so a lot of us are highly skeptical. It just seems like every role that he plays he is just playing Justin. Pretentious, shallow, clueless.
I mean, I wouldn't conflate an actor with the characters they play (that's why it's called acting), but this isn't even true. Justin was phenomenal in Leftovers where he played a deep, soulful, emotionally tormented character. He's also currently playing a tech genius inventor/billionaire on Fallout who is a jerk but definitely not clueless or shallow. His character in Running Point is a drug addict who is work obsessed, but I'm not sure pretentious or clueless are the reason that descriptors.
He actually has good range as an actor, and can do drama and comedy pretty well. Actors can be weird, he seems a little weird. But very well liked in the industry with a lot of friends... other than dating younger women and marrying someone much younger, I'm not sure what it is about him that enrages some of you.
And like we said, he’s just really insufferable.
It’s not a big deal. I’m sure he’s acted well in some of his roles. He just doesn’t seem like a great guy in real life.

They married in Tulum.
He’s 53, she’s 30.
He’s Jennifer Aniston’s ex-husband.
