It’s not clear at all what Democrats want to it’s fair for anyone to draw the worst possible conclusions because they refuse to say themselves.

Biden came to office and rescinded Trump EOs. Magically then Border crossings started getting out of control and even Democratic mayors and governors started complaining. Biden (and Harris) repeatedly for 3 years said that they didn’t have the power to do anything. They insisted that the situation was due to Congress’s failure to act and that only Congress could legally act.

Then the election year came around and the public didn’t blame Congress they blamed Biden for the border mess so Biden in response issued a couple EOs and then like magic, enforcement started again.

I think after that chain of events it is fair to say that the first three years of open borders and chaos is the Democrats preferred policy because that’s what they did.

It's not illegal to cross the border and request asylum. If you want it to be illegal, you need to change the law. The President cannot merely declare it so, Congress has to do it. Biden and Democrats have been telling you this for the last 4 years but you still don't understand.

Democrats say they don't want illegal aliens, but they won't deport them and won't stop them at the border. Democrats' actions say loud and clear that Dems want illegal aliens. Same goes for elected Republicans, who are too dumb to elect people to represent their interests.

The odds of that most of these people do not have valid asylum claims. Haiti has one of the highest denial rates for asylum applications. The situation in Haiti is very unfortunate, but economic conditions do not make someone eligible for asylum.

We have a legal process to follow to rule they don’t. Asylum =|= illegal until it’s ruled as such. Democrats believe in the rule of law.

Crossing the border in between the ports of entry is against the law.

1) close the border, apply legally
2) stop citizenship by birth. legal parent can apply at year 7 for child.
3) deport all illegal alien criminals and fraudsters.
4) no free public school for children of undocumented illegal aliens. Go home and apply or keep your children there.
5) e-verity required. Escalating fines and then shut down.
