TSJ isn’t going to release player cards unless families have met their financial obligation to the club (i.e., your club dues are fully paid up). Once that is done, then they have to release your player card if you request it. If everyone is paid in full, they have to. This is little kid soccer. If they choose to pay double, they can.

Good insight on that one. Then I really don't know what the leadership at TSJ are referring to when they're mentioning a private institution in Ashburn to form a field agreement with.
