Seems that key piece of knowledge is completely missing among Republicans right now. They have been unable to elect a Speaker, because they can't get enough support within their own conference to do so. They keep talking about "uniting the conference" yet they need to unite Congress.
They want to shift the blame for shutdowns by saying "but we already passed Budget bills, it's the Senate that won't take them up!" but the problem is that there is not enough support and there are not enough votes in the Senate for their budget bills to pass.
Complete lack of common sense.

There were no real dentists prior to that.
Given that was only one school, going to a dentist was not available most of the US until the 20th century.
