One would think they would be better given all of the recruits. They are middle of the pack at best? Doesn't seem to add up.

Potomac isnt really a good example because all the major commits are Capital Blue players.

High schools have very little to do with recruiting. If a HS coach has a connection with specific college coaches, that can help. But college coaches rarely watch HS girls play because their seasons overlap. College coaches make most of their decisions during the club summer tournament season.
