I think they thought they’re in America. What were the jury instructions with respect to attorney’s fees?
I think the jury had sympathy for Terry. If paltrow wasn't rich and could afford the attorney fees they would have given them to her. They didn't want to potentially bankrupt him.
Ugh. People say such stupid things with no knowledge. Legal fees are handled entirely separately. Jury found him 100% at fault. She’ll get attorneys fees.

Seemed a little inappropriate and risky.
Two narcissists going at each other.
Except that this is what she said. Classy.
According to Mail Online, she touched his shoulder I told him: “I wish you well.” Mr. Sanderson reportedly responded: “Thank you, dear.”
But it would have actually been classier if she just left him alone. This wasn’t some sporting competition where you shake hands at the end. She kind of made it about her. But I guess she would probably be criticized either way.
Ya think? If she had simply walked past him without saying a word, the haters would have seized on that, saying moronic things like, "Look at her, too good to even say a kind word to him! So full of herself!" She really can't win. I think she handled it very nicely and was brave enough to speak to him. I probably would have avoided all contact with him because I hate confrontation. But she was very poised and mature. Good for her.

Not how this works. Legal fees are decided at a later date.
Where does it say this? So the jury doesnt decide the legal fees?
