Epstein is the line Trump can't cross. He could get away with shooting an immigrant, Dem, etc on 5th Avenue but he can't get away with pardoning Maxwell.

I don't think you realize how big a role the Epstein story played in building up his coalition.

Not sure how many times we need to tell you this. We want all the pedos exposed. We do not care what party they are in. It is weird and disturbing that you think their political leaning should even be a factor.


Republicans literally cannot imagine having principles and assume that Democrats will do exactly what they would do in any situation. Hence, they have difficulty grasping the idea that Democrats think that other Democrats who have committed crimes should be punished.

You don't see democrats covering this up. If someone like Bill Clinton gets rolled up in it, then so be it. Democrats actually do not like pedophiles.

That's not really a suprise, it's not a revolt, and Swalwell shouldn't e overselling it. Voting against a procedural move or a broader bill is one thing. Voting against this bill, especially when it already has the votes to pass, is completely different.
