She pled not guilty so her case will go to trial. Right now they are saying the first set of trials will be Oct 2020. She will have a few court dates between now and then but the sentencing won't happen until next fall and that is if the case goes to trial as currently scheduled.

So low-income and middle-class students have to study hard and he just paid off college admissions for his rich brats? Well, at least now the world knows how stupid his family is. Time for dad to enjoy 9 months in prison.

Over an 11-year period, Hodge paid bribes totaling $850,000 to get two children into Georgetown University and two into the University of Southern California, all on fake athletic profiles, prosecutors said.
One of his children was put on an athletic recruit list as a top youth tennis player, while another was cited as a co-captain of a national soccer team.
His attempts to offer bribes to get a fifth child into Loyola Marymount University as a basketball recruit failed when Loyola’s basketball coach rejected the application because of poor high school grades, they added.
Sentencing - nine months in prison, two years of supervised release, a $750,000 fine and 500 hours of community service

Hubris. Too pretty for jail—not.
I'm kinda surprised she and her husband haven't just fled the country.
I don’t think they would want to leave the kids behind. One of the big reasons she wanted them at usc it’s because it’s close to home.
Italy has an extradition treaty with the us, so they couldn’t go there. And they wouldn’t want to live in most countries that don’t have extradition treaties with the us regardless of how rich they are.

Nobody, not even eat the rich nutbags, want or think she deserves a year let alone 60 in the slammer. Just fine them heavily and give her 6 months. This selective enforcement is such a farce. Let me know when Jared Kushner and his dad are sent to prison for this.![]()
Nobody? I sure do! And I'm not even an "eat the rich nutbag"--I have no problem with rich people...HONEST rich people.
But yeah. I think Lori deserves every single minute of a 60 year sentence.
Np, and I more or less agree. I think 60 is too much, but she deserves at least 5.
The schools I got into (which include two ivys) were my own doing - no legacy, no bribery, no private schools, and I maintain my integrity. Schools aren't everything, however - better to go to community college and be an honest soul, than a cheat in a "brand" school - the likes of Lori are the real lunatics. I have zero sympathy.
