I dont know, have we? Seems like the focus is just on flagrant hypocrisy now.
Seriously: what hypocrisy?
Read 7:47, for one.
Another - she continues to take regular plane flights to and from her home in NY, despite the fact that a train is available. Her reasoning - she can save her constituents 2 hours of her time.
This is a BS response for someone who would like to make plane travel unnecessary and make rail the travel of the future.
Well if you take her at her word, she would take rail if it were 2 hours faster, which is something she would like to do with the green new deal. I do not understand the level of obsession with her. She serves one district and appears to be serving them well.

You know, when I got to DC I was told that it’s considered “off-limits” to report on a member’s family, love life, etc.
Unsure why that consideration is suspended for me.
(Also for those who ask how I learned to handle pressure, try being the only daughter in a Latino household)
Yet, this is the same person who posed for Annie Leibovitz photo with boyfriend in their apartment for Vogue Magazine in October and whose mother gave an interview to The Daily Mail in which she states she hopes AOC marries her boyfriend.
AOC is the one seeking this attention. How can this "consideration be suspended" for her when she, herself, highlights it?
Two things:
1. She does indeed put herself out there - https://hiplatina.com/ocasio-cortez-pressures-latinidad/
AOC Can Handle Pressure of Politics Because She’s Latina - as recent as March 6 . . .
2. She perpetuates a stereotype (tweet in bold).
How can she demand some privacy? What a hypocrite.
She put *herself* out there. Not her family.
She didn't do with Trump did by inserting Ivanka and Kushner and his sons into various high profile meetings, giving them positions and trotting them out everywhere in the public eye, let alone have her family out there getting embroiled in scandal after scandal.
There's a huge difference.
