To build a big PUD development, isn't GDS supposed to provide community benefits and amenities over and above what zoning laws and regulations require? So what are the touted "amenities" -- the proposed GDS Spanish Steps or perhaps the school's expanded presence itself?!

That is actually really funny. Have they seen public school theaters? And I hope they meant available for free, lol!

Then new families and their kids won't even have to cross the street to reach Janney. The developer can simply put in a back door that leads to the playground.
