Anonymous wrote:The stupidity is so dumb. They got scammed by the painters, then scammed by the people who sold them chemicals to 'fix' the algae problem. Wasting millions of federal funds! They are just stupid. All you have to do is look at science on how to get rid of the problem. But, no, they don't believe in science. Instead they believe in these companies that scams them.
Even if you like Trump, you can't possibly think using millions of dollars to paint a pool. Is a good use of money.
Come on! So much money used inefficiently by this administration.

Yeah, that's just incredible on its face. It did not happen. I'm not saying small acts of vandalism are out of the question, but that particular accusation is completely ridiculous and unworkable. It's much more likely to have been driving IN THE POOL (!!!) that badly damaged the structure. What on earth were they thinking?!

They've confirmed nothing, they are alleging it was cut with a knife or razor in a court filing but they lie all the time.
They have put a Bolo out for the woman in this video, who they claim is damaging the lining in the video. To me it appears she dropped her phone in the pool and is fishing it out (so hard to see through all the algae). I definitely don't see her cutting the lining with a knife, and I don't see how anything she is doing in this video could result in a 50 foot gash in the pool.

These people are going to waste taxpayer dollars arresting and prosecuting random tourists for something that did not happen in order to cover up for the president's incompetence. And the cases will be thrown out because they have no proof and no jury is going to convict some lady of "destruction of government property" for what you see in that video. Par for the course but still revolting.

Given this administration's history of lying in federal court, I find it hard to believe anything the administration says in a court filing.
Is there evidence of this "cut with a sharp knife"? Photos that aren't AI?
If so, the magas probably cut it themselves.
And where's the surveillance video of this alleged act of vandalism? Let's see it!
Magas don't live in DC. And this is still an active investigation. Material will be released to the public as they see fit.
