"Jealous" sister and husband? What are they jealous of?
I've been biting my tongue because of the situation but Savannah Guthrie is really hard to like. I would hate to be the sister of someone who forces herself into the Golden Child costume like her.
That’s just mean. What’s to hate about Savannah Guthrie?
I said she was hard to like.
Disliked only by people who are jealous of anyone with a sunny outlook who's also whip smart. By nearly everyone I've encountered at NBC, she is very well regarded.

IF someone thought they could get a sizeable ransom for her but didn't want to commit murder, all they would have to do is lure her out of the house on some pretext and into a car.
If they were REAL insiders, they would also know that she needs her medication and may have stolen/taken some over a period of time to have on hand for just this purpose.
She may be sitting in some windowless room somewhere but is being cared for and medicated as needed.
If the ransom demand doesn't work out, they will figure out a way to drop her off somewhere.
What I don't understand is - who in her orbit would be truly stupid enough to think that they would actually get away with this?

Also I just saw that her brother just arrived in town today. That seems odd to me.
Yes, why did it take him so long to get his a$$ to AZ?

Not the poster you are responding to, but she met her first husband while he was still married to another journalist, and he was not separated from that journalist. Savannah was allegedly well aware he was a married man.
This is just not true at all. I'm in the same circle as her husband and at the time overlapped jobwise. He was single for a while, and his friends were constantly trying to set him up. He may have been officially still married but that was only on paper and from the ex having a scummy lawyer, and it wasn't his decision to end that marriage.

She knows him so could identify him. He killed her and dumped the body.
+1
This is what I think at this point as well.
The good news is the body is probably not going to be difficult to find. Very amateur.
The person didn't rob her. I doubt it, but for those of who have special needs kids who may need to live with us forever, thanks for letting us know you are suspicious of them
Depends on the type of special needs.
Failure to launch is not special needs kids. You don’t understand the terminology. Is English your 2nd language?
