They’re outnumbered. There are only 600 MPD officers and more than 2,000 DHS agents in the city - I know they wanted to send more but I’m not sure if that happened yet or not.

Being armed is not a crime, and certainly not justification for summary execution.
Suspect also had 2 magazines for the handgun.
Summary execution for exercising your scond amndment rights.
Wonder what the penalty will be in November for voting the wrong way.

What do they things guns do?
Because I doubt he thought it would escalate to that point. He saw an ICE agent repeatedly shoving a woman to the ground and tried to intervene and help her up. The agent then pepper sprayed him at point blank range, he was tackled to the ground and beaten, disarmed, then shot multiple times. It unfolds very quickly, and was entirely unnecessary. They were bullying a woman, and they killed him for stepping in.
Was the woman resisting them and fighting back, to? Was she an illegal? Please tell the entire story.
There is no justification for repeatedly shoving her to the ground. She was not being violent. She was observing. She may have said something the agent didnt like and he shoves her to the ground like a schoolyard bully. You can watch the videos for yourself.
+1 and it doesn’t matter if she was an “illegal”
Of course it matters if she was illegal; she would have been eligible for arrest. That is my question.
I agree that the ICE agents appear to be resorting to hammers when thumbs may be sufficient, at least as a first resort. BUT - there is no excuse for anyone, US citizens or not, to be disrupting them or challenging them in their work. She "may have said something the agent didn't like." I can only imagine what that was.
Who in their right mind would challenge law enforcement officers in that way? If what you're saying is true, she is the person who got this guy killed.
So you don't believe in the right to protest? Just come out and say it and we can argue on that point rather than trying to blame the victims here.
So if the govt randomly changed the law so that your existence here is illegal or just pin something on you because they don't like you or people like you, you would want all of us to just stand by and let it happen right? Make sure you understand what you are really asking for here.
They can't justify the shooting itself given all the video, so they are trying to find another way to blame the protestors
They’re afraid because deep down they know they (the MAGA voters) are the ones to blame.
Lol yeah right. No way they have that much introspection.

Evans explained historically, the bureau — which conducts more than 80% of officer-involved shooting investigations — would usually lead or co-lead such probes but recently, clear processes around federal agent shootings have not been established.
At this point, they are probably in Texas, Forida or Moscow.

Trump isn’t a real conservative. I think we might be seeing some severe party shifts similar to the southern strategy. We indeed are living in upside down land.
A few conservatives are certainly starting to question things.
The gun rights people might start to catch on. The Admin shouldn’t have lied about this one.

The Trump regime is going to come for our guns.
Incorrect. His SCOTUS judges are expanding 2A rights.
except ICE is executing "good guys with guns"

This is an insane take. No, it doesn’t matter if this woman was illegal or eligible for arrest or whatever other bullshit story you’re trying to concoct. She didn’t “get this person killed” either, the feds did that. None of what you’re making up justifies shooting someone who is restrained on the ground with 10 bullets in 5 seconds. Once the feds restrained Pretti, he wasn’t a threat to them regardless of what might have led up to that point. Deadly force was off the table as an option. There’s no justification for it.

Who cares about basketball when Americans are being murdered in the streets.
at some point, I would hope professional and college athletes would boycott playing until this is over. Imagine not having a super bowl because of trump's thugs.
