We have a team veo and can hear everything our coach tells the players.
At FCV, the GA program stopped playing/recording the (VEO) sound so that they (a coach or several coaches) couldn't be caught yelling. (It happened every game). It might be why at least one of the coaches who ended up at VRSC was terminated. Nobody really gave a full explanation but one day suddenly that coach moved to VRSC with out explanation and mid season. At least one parent believed it was a firing. It may have been the same parent that complained about the demeaning comments yelled by that coach on the field as the player frequently received this abuse. This same coach now at VRSC is now back at it, bringing female players to tears on the field the way he treats them. The parents of the player have tolerated it because they believe the coach will get their dd recruited. Just an opinion or hypothesis, but sounds familiar. Another hypothesis is that something similar happened with this person at GF based on what is being said here. Yelling and demeaning a player on the field is abuse by definition. RAT took a while (a few seasons) before it set in that her actions were intolerable and a force out would occur. Clubs that allow this type of activity are trash IMHO. Zero tolerance for violating the law.
The FCV Veo was done by BP. No videos had sound. VDA is the same. Do CC’s games have sound?
We're at another club but all of our VEOs have sound. Why on earth would any respectable coach not want sound?

Yes, RAT is who is being referenced above - she was the Loudoun 09 girls coach
It took Loudoun 3 years to figure that out despite the complaints. That team was split 50/50 on her antics.

Nothing wrong with voicing your negative opinions. Nothing wrong with voicing questioning or positive opinions as well. Some ppl are miserable and unhappy. Some are happy, some are genuinely concerned and want more than just rumors. I don’t think this is the place to get your answers. Will always be biased one way or the other.
