No. He was running on handouts and freebies.
And, most of those freebies he has promised he would not have authorization as mayor to give. That is up to the lawmakers. He is currently an assemblyman - someone who actually could make those things possible. Has he done any of those things? Nope.
He won't do them as mayor either. He can't.
He is a slippery snake oil salesman. And, the supposed "educated" elite fell for it.

Maybe NYc can raise its income tax rate from 9% to 15% and NY state can raise top levels from 29% to 35%. Layer that on top of the 43% Fed, Medicare and fica rates plus maybe a 15% VAT tax alongside the high congestion taxes and everyone should be fine!
