Maybe still more convenient than southern VA especially if some local teams are doing EDP. But I have no idea what’s going on. They better have a good explanation for the change, whatever it is, and communicate it soon if they don’t want a bunch of unhappy families.

It sure would be nice if the club told us parents what the heck is going on. Where are they putting our kids and why did they remove them so last minute?

Has anyone emailed the club to ask wth is going on?
They aren't registered for EDP.
Do you think they will play NCSL?
There's only so many leagues.

How do you know they aren’t in EDP? They don’t have fall accepted teams posted yet. I wouldn’t panic based on anything here. Simply contact Herndon and ask. It’s really easy to do. We’ve found them responsive to all our questions as a new family.

EDP brackets were posted earlier this week. They aren’t there.

Well I guess we will learn it from NCSL rather than hearing anything from the coach or club.

according to the NCSL website division structures are going to be posted soon, so you don’t want to wait too long to find out!

Are you at a local (northern VA) club? Maybe the schedule came out and it was going to involve a lot of travel down south? Still doesn’t seem right to make that decision without looping in families at all. Who would have made that decision?

Thank you for sharing! Is this for girls or boys?

Pretty sad when you hear everything here first.

She said boys earlier in the thread. Their boys teams are usually competitive though.

Also that seems unfair to lose a paid for game because a club has dropped. I hope they get their full schedule of games.

I would expect 95 percent of the coaching to be done by the co-cosch CR, who is a good guy.

NA does not have a good temperament for coaching teams of young kids.
