No. But she posted as if it were saying he is 38, which he did not turn until the night before the murder.

A lot of men in the military or law enforcement who have pensions feel pretty strongly that they don't want to share their pensions with their ex-wives... not any portion of it. They feel entitled to have it all -- the pensions, the house, the kids and the young girlfriend.
BB may have been "LE" --- but sounds like he spent most of his time at the IRS -- which means he wasn't all that savvy about how crimes like murder are investigated or prosecuted. He was more of a financial crimes guy.
Yes, agree and I really don’t think you can underestimate the hubris of a middle aged man who has a doting young girlfriend, a job that evokes images of power, intelligence and authority, and the desire for material goods like new cars. Police love it when they have a suspect who thinks they are smarter than the police. The truth is that police have all the resources and experience to catch them out.
It happens all the time that criminals think they are way smarter than the average bear, and can be easily outsmart the bumbling police. Look at the criminology student murderer in Idaho. He certainly thought he could get away with murder because of his expertise. He probably thought he was in the clear because it took so long for police to finally nail him.

Maybe, although it's completely ludicrous for anyone, especially someone in law enforcement to think they could pin the stabbing on someone else. The forensic evidence would never support that.
I think forensic evidence is not as cut and dried a science as television would have you believe. Stabbing doesn’t leave gun residue, and the knife was left on the scene. East enough wipe prints and put it in Joe’s hand after shooting him.
My theory is still that BB stabbed his wife. Stabbing feels personal and angry, and far more likely done by the husband. Then Joe comes in, finds Christine bleeding, and the AP shoots him. They don’t immediately call 911 back because they want to make sure CB dies.
Can you imagine? With the little girl elsewhere in the house? And that they lived there after, going out, posting on the Gram, etc.?
LE has said Joe was shot when Brendan was not home. Are you suggesting he stabbed Christine, left, then came back? Very little time.
DP - I think the timeline has yet to be established, but at this point I'm pretty convinced that the plan was to make Joe Ryan the fall guy, hence the whole story about a strange car in the driveway (a narrative told to police by the au pair) and for the police to arrive to a scene staged to look like the au pair shot someone who was attacking Christine. The plan was that Brendan would have already left for work.
I think the au pair panicked and called Brendan and that's why he returned home and then the story started to fall apart.

This makes the most sense but wouldn’t they find some bits of blood in his car?
You would think?
On websleuths, someone said there was a car in the driveway Friday the 13th with the trunk and doors all open…while there was an armored police vehicle and eight uniformed officers. They could have been looking for more evidence?
Good point.
I do think they took time to see if they would slip up but if her visa is expiring, had to move. Can't imagine she'd be re-matched to extend in light of it all.

AP phones 911 but doesn’t say more than friend hurt - just to establish timeline and BB not home. Wait for Joe (not hours, minutes). Joe arrives, finds Christine. Shoot Joe.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:

Just one possible scenario. There must be dozens.
The first 911 call was a hang up.
