Maybe things are so bad he is avoiding them. Lots of people throw themselves into work to avoid the home life if it's that miserable.
He thinks his kids are miserable?
No, as I said, the home life might be miserable. Maybe his kids are miserable if mom and dad are fighting constantly. Is that a good environment for them?
You can’t remove “kids” from “home life”.
Either he wants to be around his kids or not. The f’er has climate controlled rooms and a diet so specific scientists are baffled by it, but yea he can’t figure out how to deal with kids at home.
If mom and dad live separately then the conflict goes away and now the home life is much better, splitting time. Why do you assume the problem is the kids and not the wife? You divorce your spouse, not your kids. And he'll hire help with the kids anyway. But, seems like it will be more peaceful for them than living with two parents who can't get along.
Why do you assume there is any conflict. He is not present. There is no conflict, he made a promise, he lied, she held him to his word, she is divorcing him.
Lol yes you divorce your kids. You leave their home and go to a home that they don’t live in, you divorce your kids. He’s an absentee father so it’s not a big deal for the kids anyway.
Oh. So you think Gisele didn't bring it up to him that she was upset he lied? Just went straight to the lawyer? Ok.
This whole narrative doesn’t add up. She supported him when he announced he was not retiring. They were spotted on vacation together over the summer. Then things collapsed suddenly towards the end of the summer and she’s hiring divorce lawyers. What changed?

+1 Holding hands and kissing and hands on their butts in July!
I’d hate to be a celebrity because you’re not allowed to have a bad day in public. It just creates a feeding frenzy all the while you’re trying to manage tough family issues behind closed doors. So yeah, they MUST put up a public front even on their worst days because otherwise the tabloids will go nuts and no one needs that kind of external pressure while working on their marriage.
Just imagine all the crappy things that can possibly happen during your marriage then add the paparazzi and the entire internet commenting on it. Most normal people would have a mental breakdown.
To this day we’ve seen a few of their wedding photos. They know how to be private. This is a Gisele campaign to win the divorce.

Tom Brady basically admitted on his podcast that his marriage issues are due to him not being present enough at home and putting football ahead of his family.
