It also depends if the team peaked too early or is firing on all cylinders going into Districts and regionals. And the big unknown factor- Injuries. Don't get me wrong, I don't want to see anyone get hurt, but this could play a huge factor down the home stretch. So Coaches Like Oakton that don't really care about the kids, will ride his players until they break.
Speaking of coaching- This also will be a factor as to how well these coaches prepare for big games.
Good luck to all the teams and hope to see some great games.
Almost forgot- Oakton by 10 tonight as Yorktown just doesn't have the horses like they did last year as they are a sub par team this year.
What facts do you have to back up that Oakton coaches don’t care about their players? Not opinion, facts?

Nice to see coaches build up programs within a few years of their arrival. Great job Concord coaches! Still a fan of the underdogs South Lakes and Westfield and what they’ll bring to the table.

Very sad.

Oakton -7. YHS is struggling on offense sans their star middies from last year. The win vs Robinson seems to be an anomaly.
