What do you think you mean by "tried to overturn duly created law"? The only thing they did was advocate for the law to be repealed. That's protected free speech, and it's totally inappropriate for the government to treat an person (whether natural or legal) as an "adversary" based on exercise of protected speech.

No. They didn't try to overturn a duly created law, because they don't have that power. They suspended political contributions to supporters of the law, and stated that they would work with groups and lobbyists opposed to it. That is all free speech.
