I think you'd have to agree that KBJ wasn't *harangued* about her religion, the way ACB was. She just wasn't. Nor should she have been - but then, neither should ACB have been harassed about her Catholicism. It will certainly be interesting if we one day have a Muslim nominee who is grilled mercilessly about his religion. I'm sure none of you would object to that. Right?

She didn't get angry about it because she was able to refer to evidence showing that her sentencing was within normal guidelines. Kavanaugh (that dastardly white man!!) didn't have any such evidence to prove his innocence.
