I think it's long past time that we stopped calling them crazy. They're just stupid. Crazy gives them too much credit. They're actually thinking this through and planning these fiascos. It's all been intentional. They're just stupid.

The ex-military folks and veterans seem to agree that Russia would ideally be able to resupply every day. That long convoy that was stuck meant a delay of food and ammunition deliveries. And they can’t get adequate control of Hostomel to bring in more supplies easily. They do better in the south because they can resupply with ships and there’s less mud.

But still they do not have enough people to take over the country. I suppose that’s why they decided to destroy as much as they can.

People fight differently when they fight for their homeland. The Russian soldiers don’t know what they are doing there and fight accordingly. Remember the only ppl in the Russian army are those with no better alternatives.

Anyone who can avoid the army does so. My coworkers have spoken of arranging for fake medical papers to get their younger family members back home out of having to sever.

No, they didn’t. They tried very hard to destabilize Odesa like they did with Luhansk & Donetsk but didn’t manage to. They had crimea but nothing of the rest if the coast. If they manage to take all the Ukrainian coastline, then they’ll be in control of Northern coast of Black Sea from Abkhazia to borders of Romania. Make your guess which country would be targeted next.
