Things would have been very different. But at least 08s ended their club experience with him. If he's your coach, be happy about it. He'll make the games and practices he can. He'll call college coaches on your behalf to help the recruiting. He knows everyone. Be happy you have him next year - and parents try not to run him off. He's the best FVU has.

I would imagine the bigger issue are game conflicts. I anticipate there is a lot of helping from another coach. I raised this concern on another thread and people seemed to think that it isn’t too uncommon for a coach to do college and two teams. Granted, the landscape has changed and college soccer is now an entire year vs one season.Anonymous wrote:Honest question. How does a college coach have the time to coach ECNL in the fall?
