A friend of mine was looking for the au-pair a few years ago and she showed us the site she was looking at. I saw some of the pictures of the potential au-pairs and there were a few suggestive photos there, girls clearly posing to appear as attractive a possible, and there were a few bathing suit photos too, which I found weird. She didn't get the au-pair because she ended up staying at home for the first two years, but then ended up getting a young college student au-pair. It seems like the young girl worked out for her and she even tried to hook her up with one of our younger unmarried friends. she almost was bragging "see how hot our au-pair is". She says, she is great with kids and is very studious and conservative. I don't know what made her go from being insecure about the whole au-pair business in the beginning to hiring a young girl. It guess it depends, you can get lucky and have a great au-pair or someone with other agenda.

I think the au pair story is very good fiction.

I would never never never never never never never never bring a young attractive woman into my home to live with me and my partner. Fuck that.

I'm the nanny you're quoting..what I'm saying is hire someone respectful, married and secure..not some foreign bimbo or the like. If you wouldn't trust them with your husbands you shouldn't with your kids either.

PP here. So funny, do these foreign APs or whatever realize when it is the woman's money and not the mans? Because even if the AP straight out asked him (which should be a slap of reality in itself) he would say it is his money - of course he would!

The best part would be leaving them to each other with absolutely nothing. Then, she would indeed get what she asked for, as would he; and I wouldn't want him at that point. Good luck to them, I say.

It seems some APs think it is a game of some sort. To come "to America" and "score an American". The jokes on them!

Going out with boys or going to Vegas may introduce a danger of cheating, but this will be a one-night stand most likely, and probably something you won't even be aware of, not a relationship that can blossom under your own roof breaking your marriage apart.
