The post in which he threatened genocide in Iran was more alarming than this.
Does it change my view of Trump? I already thought he was evil. So, that didn’t change. But it added to my view that he must have dementia to be doing something like this that has the potential to alienate many people who might have voted for him. If anything it gives me more hope for the midterms.
The Pope’s response to Trump has been impressive and has made me like him even more. The cardinals chose well this time.

What does that mean? Cognitive dissonance finally became too much and their head exploded?
the fact that this is what did it, but not all the human rights abuses and elective wars and THREATENING TO BOMB AN ENTIRE CIVILIZATION TO DUST had no impact is...disturbing.
MAGA are just completely broken people.
You cannot reason with evil like that, any more than you could Hitler. The only solution is brute force because that is the only force Islam respects and understands.

As for the religious family member who deemed him the antichrist, they may be on to something.
In Daniel 11:37 we have a description:
Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.
Trump regards the desire of women, so Trump is not the anti-Christ.

But if there were an Antichrist, what would they be doing differently?
