No. My guess is that a number of posters here have worked in high-level corporate or government posts where a certain amount of decorum and adherence to ethics is required. Maybe he was in Milan to discuss security and observe practices with his Italian counterparts. Guzzling beer and champagne in a locker room, however, is not in keep with someone in that role. Lacking that judgment is another example of how far Patel is out of his league in his job.

Citation? All reports I've seen said he went to a meeting that was scheduled months ago.

He literally posted on social media he was departing for the game and there wasn't a lot of time between when he posted it for some additional random meeting.
