tres leches cake with fruit on top. I have made a pineapple upsidedown tres leches cake before and really enjoyed that.
or brownie ice cream sundaes. Usually I like my brownies on the fudgy side, but for a sundae I'd go with them being more cakey.

In order, it would probably be: tiramisu, triple chocolate mousse cake, then a lemon curd cheesecake.
One I made recently, a “magic” chocolate flan cake, might just rise up into my Top 3 — just a perfect mix of a chocolate cake base with a creamy flan layer, topped with a caramel sauce to drizzle over the side. It was shockingly easy to make.

I adore good cakes and every year my family buys me the worst cakes, just truly inedible. I don’t know why they don’t go to the bakery where I buy cakes or just make one from an easy recipe. I think this year I need to get on the ball and just go buy my own cake.

When I was a kid it was white cake with vanilla frosting and chocolate ice cream.

I normally don’t go for “fancy” cupcakes, but Baked & Wired’s cupcakes are incredible.
