Magnesium is part of my cocktail, but I have to take occasional breaks from it as it can make me feel very groggy during the day.
I'm the Tylenol poster. No not PM, just regular. Years ago my doctor told me it had an anti-anxiety off-label use, but because it can't be mixed with alcohol, no one promoted it.
I keep 2 on my bedside table, loose so I don't have to wake up and open the bottle. I'm asleep within 20 min after taking.

I no longer wake up to pee, no longer wake up with soaked through with sweat, and no longer lie awake for hours at 2am. And because I’m sleeping, my brain fog has largely disappeared too. I’m in peri, 51 years old.
+1. The difference is shocking.
