Your skin is over-producing oil because it has become used to being stripped multiple times a day. Not sure what the solution is, but maybe cut down slowly.

I do, tbh, compared to a lot of people my age I know. Of course, extra fat also helps.
Having oily skin as a teenager/YA is hell because your face always looks greasy + dirty.
Kind of like a face full of sweat all the time.
However in middle-age and beyond it is the biggest blessing ever.
I am in my mid-50’s and my skin is moist and unlined.
I love not having to deal w/wrinkles and after a little bit of foundation, my skin actually looks glowy.
