My experience with Valor lately for the U14 Boys team
- training sessions have repeatedly been cancelled.
- guest players are being prioritized over rostered players who have paid for training.
- Coach pushing for private training when it violates policy. Was not serious while coaching the actual Valor training. Probably seeing Valor as a platform to earn more money

It's a well-known fact that Valor just loves to underachieve in tournaments, or they just can't resist adding 3-4 regional players from their VPSL league to their roster. They even pull this stunt during their seasonal matches to give a little boost to their struggling teams in the NCSL. How charming! It's so obvious and frankly pathetic, especially when they consistently hover near the bottom of the standings, yet somehow manage to pull off wins against two of the top teams in their division. Notice how they never move up from their division. What a joke.
