ECNL will be tapped out with about eight more clubs being announced. Heavy weights like Legends FC will get back in after spending a year in purgatory (ECNL-R). Look for major club. Tophat and FCV will be excluded and continue to carry the GA flag.

Meaning, among DMV applicants nearly all are accepted. Everyone understood this but you. Also, we all understood that 98% is hyperbole. But the general point the poster is making is that many NoVA kids apply and get accepted to VT when compared to UVA for example.
