No he's not. What could he possibly do to her, especially since he caused her to lose.
"You know that job you have lined up on K Street? I'll see to it that you don't get it."
Why would she care about that? She’s old and rich.
Why has she been in the Senate so long? People like to feel important.

Yup. Because the democrats got rid of the filibuster for judicial nominations. Resp the whirlwind.

Wow. I didn't expect such forthrightness of Collins. Major CYA to please both parties before her potential re-election. I'll take it!
She will vote for the nominee after the election...win or not.
Maybe, maybe not. If she loses the election she will be free for the first time in her career. Then we will see what she really thinks. I think she really is pro-choice. I could be wrong though.
She is a pro-choice Republican and has made no bones about that. I am also a pro-choice Republican.
Hope you’re voting for Biden then.
Nope. I used to be a one-issue voter but no more. There are other issues at stake now.
Other issues than a woman’s right to choose? Don’t really care about that one that much?
Don’t call yourself an advocate for women if you plan to vote for that monster.
Of course there are other issues IN ADDITION to a woman’s right to choose. I no longer vote on that one issue because I know that Roe v Wade will not be reversed, no matter how much Democrats try to fear monger. It just won’t. So now I’ve moved on to other issues that ALSO concern me. Unlike you, I’m able to consider multiple issues at one time.

No they wouldn’t. GOP would just run advertisement scaring them that Dems would bring Roe back. It will never end until we can oust religious fundamentalism.

How old are you? I’m betting under 35.
