Man here, tall, athletic, reasonably attractive and successful. But people would be shocked if they knew how long I have struggled with depression and anxiety. Yes, have gone through the therapy and mild medication route and know what triggers it and how to generally handle. But it is always lurking in the background ready to come up.

I am totally embarrassed by this because men are not supposed to be this way. But maybe it's better than drowning my sorrows in booze, like others do.
