“4 years” is so naive. He’s consolidating power. He is going to try - and could succeed- to stay in office until he dies. This is how authoritarianism works. The supreme court gave him immunity and he is about to stack the courts more. He has both the house and the senate. He will strip them all of power and require loyalty. There will be show trials next.

The retaliation has been disproportionate and has targeted civilians. It sure looks like the deliberate targeting of a group of people of a nation or ethnic group with the intent of destroying that group of people.

Kushner made these resort remarks long before 10/7. If there are any resort ambitions, the only way they can reasonably do is destroying all the tunnels which it doesn’t seem like it’s possible even if the entire area gets turn into a parking lot. The tunnels force underground ground combat and Israel is not keen in doing that because it’s a trap by Hamas
