This doesn't make sense because a person sitting in seats in front of the sky box would not even be visible in photos of Swift et al. The box is well above those seats. It's not like at other stadiums where there are seats directly in front of the corporate suites. At one point Lana del Rey was in the area in front of Taylor's box, and there is footage of her having to reaching up with her arms extended just to say hi to Taylor in the box. If Kanye had seats in front of all that, you wouldn't even see him.

Also Taylor's box was right next to the Kardashian's box, and I'd expect Kim and her family to have more issues with Kanye's proximity than Taylor's.

I'm betting Kanye showed up without tickets and thought someone would give him some, and they didn't.

This is likely why. It would have been awkward for everyone.
