Why do you keep calling it cherry picking. People are stating absolutes. Follow the rules and you won't be killed. Pointing out lies isn't cherry picking. It's pointing out that someone is wrong.

Here's a pro tip for people whose knowledge of law enforcement is limited to angrily searching up stuff on the internet. The reason this is a big case is because there are a million cops who take people into custody on a daily basis without incident. You will never see the thousands of incidents where officers use force responsibly or don't use sufficient force, which is also a problem.

I think they had an implicit agreement to go rogue (and probably regularly did). I don’t see it as following official culture. I see it as defying it. Like criminals.
