No one ever suggested that Paul Ryan or McConnell or Trump are gay. This guy’s specific brand of vitriol, history, and his own freaking book makes one wonder if he is closeted.

Severely closeted gay men are some of the most virulent women haters in part because they hate themselves and acknowledging their true sexual desires would lead to losing most of the lives they’ve built up around them.

I feel a little bad for her after reading it. Seems like they were really a love match and she is just in a “stand by your man” prison. They article compares them to the Clintons as a YLS power couple — he is a little like Bill in that he had a sad childhood that left him with a major hole in his heart that he needs to fill with time in the spotlight, positive attention from the crowds, etc. My guess is that she has expressed reservations as he’s moved into MAGA land but they’ve fallen on deaf ears and she is not willing to jeopardize her marriage over her principals. So she’s probably rationalized it all to herself in some hyper intellectual way (ah, YLS, I do not miss those hyper intellectual political theory arguments!)

This seems like a whitewash. She gave money to Nazi incel Blake Masters.

Doesn’t sound like his mom ever considered abortion. He claims his mom dropped out of college when she got pregnant. And married his bio father. But his mom finished her degree and became a nurse. He doesn’t detail the years of anything, so all of it could be made up.
