That's what hits me.

The pictures aren’t really a fair comparison because she’s smiling in the old picture. Comparing it to recent pictures of her smiling I think the biggest different is her weirdly harsh eyebrows. Without them she had sort of a light natural look—-the eyebrows give her a much harsher look. I don’t know why blondes in particular think they need a heavy eyebrow. Her old hair style was much younger but I get why she wants to have a hair style that looks more polished and less casual.

Oh, she's definitely had filler. Compare her top lip now to pics of her from college. She had a naturally thin upper lip, as many women of Western/Northern European ethnic backgrounds do, and it's understandable that she wanted to touch it up. I think it looks very natural and pretty. She doesn't have the pillow lip look of Kimmy G or Kristi Noem.

The reddened area from above her upper lip actually looks like mild irritation, maybe from tretinoin or something.

I also don't think she's had a nose job? I think when you compare pics of her from college to now, her face was fuller in college so her nose looked wider. Same with Kate Middleton who lost weight once she got engaged to William. It *looks* like a nose job but is likely just a woman in her late 20s slimming down on top of losing their youthful facial fat.

I actually think Karoline is one of the prettier members of MAGA world. She doesn't look porny like Kim and Ivanka but she also doesn't look frumpy like Usha or Brooke Rollins.
