FCV 09 is ranked at the bottom of the U13 GA standings. They have never been impressive, not at the NPL level, the NCSL level, the ECNL-RL level, the EDP level, and obviously, not the GA level. Can't pass because their strikers are too worried about the dog and pony show for their parents, can't defend because their centerback is slow and their fullbacks keep causing corner kicks, and their attacking mid keeps getting bowled over because they are tiny and can't hold their own against bigger players.
Our A and B teams played them at the NPL and NCSL level and won BOTH times.

FCV is much better than the narrative on this thread. Maybe not the haul FCV typically gets at U13 but still would beat 1/2 the ECNL clubs in NOVA vs the older groups that can beat all of them.
^^FCV is tier 1 for sure. Loudoun is tier C for corrupt.
