Not everyone understands that you can coach at multiple clubs but there is also a ton of outrage when that happens as well. People start shouting about conflicts of interest. As if suddenly NM's 2009 Bethesda ECNL team will be playing his 2015 GFR RL team.



Conflicts of interest are key. I don’t think it’s a stretch to believe that was part of the board’s thinking.

Yeah, exactly. I know for a fact that it was considered a conflict of interest by the 3 of them. They said it.

We’ll see, but it sounds promising.


How so? They were just announced as coaches for Bethesda next year. Unless it’s similar to the setup with Union ECNL where they simultaneously coached teams at GFR.

Agreed. Someone needs to start a petition for their removal at the meeting of the members next month. They have gutted the best coaches from this club over alleged financial issues and spent lord knows how much money of the clubs money on lawyers! They MUST go.

They had ECNL not long ago, but Loudoun was being hogs in taking all the NVA slots for themselves, so GFR bailed. They were suppose to join Union, but not sure why that fell apart.
