I know I’m naive, but really what is Weiss getting out of all of this (other than “power”)? I just cannot fathom how SO many people are willing to light their morals on fire for this cause. How do they look themselves in the mirror? Are they so deluded they think they’re on the right side of history? She wants to go down as the Leni Riefenstahl of the MAGA movement? It’s so embarrassing to be them.
They are incompetent losers who couldn't never get a job like this or better inherit merits. DEI hires.
This is what Thiel said back in 2016. Everybody hates Trump, so if you are one of the few who are loyal to him, you'll get a larger share of the spoils he steals. There's no profit in being an incompetent dullard *good person*.

She thought she was hired for being really smart. I remember people on DCUMs saying that she was so smart and being victimized by the NYTs. No, they were right. She is dumb but she thinks she's smart which is a terrifying combination.
