Trump had a hard time saying it, healthcare providers routinely say Tylenol even if orders say acetaminophen (and will include the brand name version in parentheses oftentimes), and it's shorter to type which is why I typed tylenol.
As for the rest, it's the classic ice cream causes drowning (because ice cream sales are higher and drowning more occurrences in summer)
