Yes you can go practice with another team. There is nothing in the rules against it. It states Clubs Cannot Recruit, but that is not the same thing as families are actively exploring their options. I'd go attend some practices and keep it to yourself. Attending practices with other teams, but not playing games should be allowed.
McLean 2010s 6-1 vs NVA. 2011s 3-1. 12s however had a 6-0 loss.
nva won 9-0 actually
Seems like the NVA 2012s (and 13s probably) are the strongest at that club. We already know 2011s are weak, but could the 2010s possibly be struggling even more? Not sure about any other age groups.

Most likely you can only make 1 a week. And figure it will take a few practices to see if it is a fit. And if you want to check out 2 clubs it takes awhile.
Don’t wait until Jan/Feb. Weather is unpredictable and then tryouts are usually early March.

GA is not restricted. ECNL also allows IF a player gets a written permission from a club.
You may want to check that. I'm pretty sure both are restricted, now maybe if not in same conference, could be some slack
GA has restrictions as well, unfortunately as far as I can tell there isn't any agreed upon tryout dates like there is for local ECNL clubs so I'm sure there is some grey area.
Nobody is going to follow the rules this spring/summer with the BY to SY switch happening next fall. Just reach out to the coach of the team your kid would like to play on and ask if you can jump in on a session. If the coach likes what they see they'll be waiting at your car to discuss roster options.
It is still early. No coach in his or her right mind will deal with you at this time of the year.
You’d be surprised this is already happening
