5A: Champion is Stone Bridge - They have multiple college commits, I believe its their time. Indy moves on, Stone Bridge steps in. Dark Horse is Riverside - they look just ok at the Turkey Shootout. However they seem to always be in the mix, so probably will be again to some extent.
4A: Champion is Salem - They return multiple guys from their state championship run last year. Dark Horse is Loudoun County - Building off of last years runner up success as well as there is some success throughout the school with the football team also making it to the state finals this year.

#1 Attack - York
#99 D Mid - Roanoke
#9 LSM - Bates

Yorktown is winning the district, region, and States.
My dark horse in the library would have to be Herndon. Returning a lot of strong players and just added another commit on defense the other day. I'm unsure that they will be able to take down Langley consistently, but if they took down Yorktown I wouldn't be surprised at all.
"added another commit"? What does that even mean?

So the fogo from Robinson a few years who went to Madison his senior year was a coincidence?
His mother was a teacher at Madison. That was a legal transfer at the time. The rules have been changed and if your parent is a teacher, you have to go to the school as a ninth grader in order to be eligible.
Yep totally legal. I also guarantee that they never talked to the madison coaches at all about lacrosse before they made the transfer. Because if they did, that would be illegal.
